All works remain the sole property of Goodwill Good View.

The purchase of a digital file or physical print grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for private, non-commercial display only. No copyright or ownership rights are transferred upon purchase.

Permitted Use

Purchased works may be:

  • Displayed in private residences or personal spaces
  • Printed for personal display (for digital purchases)
  • Given as physical gifts, provided the work is not digitally redistributed
  • Used for personal enjoyment in a non-commercial context

Restrictions

Without prior written permission, the following are not permitted:

  • Commercial use of any kind
  • Resale, sublicensing, or redistribution of digital files
  • Reproduction for commercial or public display
  • Use in advertising, marketing, promotional materials, or merchandise
  • Alteration or modification of the work for redistribution
  • Removal of copyright or attribution where applicable

Any use beyond private display requires express written authorization.

Digital Purchases

Due to the nature of digital works, all digital sales are final and non-refundable.

Buyers are responsible for safeguarding downloaded files. Unauthorized sharing or distribution is prohibited.

Physical Prints

Physical prints are produced for private display and gifting purposes.
Reproduction, scanning, or commercial duplication of physical prints is not permitted.
